Gab is currently a regional senior art director at VaynerMedia APAC and at the stage where he can only function after a sip of coffee, a morning breakdown, and maybe an hour of scrolling through TikTok videos. But after all that ritual, he swears that he works hard and loves pushing the envelope for crazy creative ideas.
His works in the industry had notable wins and recognitions in prestigious award shows such as Adobo Design Awards, The Kidlat Awards, Boomerangs, Spikes, Ad Stars, AWARD Awards, Cresta, Best Ads on TV, The Caples, One Show, The Clios, and the highly-coveted D&AD Awards in London.
He also represented The Philippines and his agency through young competitions, such as Ad Stars New Stars, winning the CreativeFest x Google 2020 Competition. He also just finished competing in the most extensive 8-month-long competition for young advertising creatives in London– The Young Glory.
When he’s not working, he’s most likely in the kitchen thinking of what to cook with leftovers, illustrating whenever he finishes a good series, editing travel photos, and vlogs, or maybe he’s back on endlessly scrolling through TikTok videos.
